How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, you must contact our support team.

Contact us via:

  1. Dashboard — Go to Dashboard > Plan > Submit Cancellation Request
  2. Live Chat — Use the chat feature in your Swordfish dashboard
  3. Email — Send a cancellation request to support@swordfish.ai

Let us know you want to cancel and we'll take care of the rest. Our team will process your request and send a confirmation email.


Important: Let Us Know Before Your Subscription Renews

The key timing requirement: let us know before your subscription renews.

  • Unlimited Plans (Professional, Team & Scale): Contact us anytime before your next billing date. We'll process your cancellation so you're not charged again.
  • Free Trials: Cancel before your trial period ends to prevent automatic conversion to a paid subscription.
  • Custom, Annual, or Enterprise Plans: Check your specific contract for cancellation terms, or contact support@swordfish.ai to confirm the process for your plan.

You'll retain full access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access ends.


Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Given the nature of our service and the underlying costs of accessing, processing, and delivering third-party data, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Monthly or annual subscriptions
  • Partial months
  • Unused credits (on legacy plans)
  • Early cancellations

Exception: Swordfish may offer refunds at its sole discretion for good-faith usage aligned with the spirit of the trial guarantee (try, assess, and decide). Refunds do not apply to custom, annual, team, or enterprise plans.


Outstanding Fees

When you cancel, you're responsible for paying any outstanding fees as stipulated in your billing contract. These payments are due before your cancellation takes effect.
