If your direct debit payment didn’t go through, don’t worry—this can happen from time to time. Here’s how to resolve it and ensure your account stays active.
Step 1: Update Your Payment Details
Log in to your Swordfish account and go to your billing settings here:
swordfish.ai/dashboard/account_settings
From there, you can update your card or payment information securely.
Step 2: We’ll Retry the Payment Automatically
Once your payment method is updated, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment again over the next three business days.
Step 3: Still Not Working?
If the payment continues to fail or you're unsure what to do next, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email us at support@swordfish.ai. We're here to help you get back on track.
