Performance

Swordfish is built for speed. Most searches return results in seconds, giving you instant access to contact data across our Chrome Extension, Prospector, and other tools.

Fair Use & Search Limits

If you hit a fair use limit, you won't experience slow searches. Instead, you'll be unable to search until your fair use window resets. This is by design—we prevent abuse rather than throttle performance.

Reporting Issues

Something not working?

  1. Check the status page first — Visit status.swordfish.ai to see if there's a known issue or maintenance window.

  2. If the status page shows everything is normal but you're still having problems, contact our support team:

"I can't log in"

  • This usually means the contact data isn't in our database for that perso
  • Contact support@swordfish.ai if you think there's a data quality issue

"I hit a fair use limit"

  • Fair use limits reset on a weekly basis
  • Contact support@swordfish.ai with details about your searches—we can review your use case and potentially expand your thresholds

"An integration isn't working"

  • If you're on a Team & Scale plan, the Account Master should check that the integration is properly configured
  • Contact support@swordfish.ai with your integration type and the error message you're seeing

"My data looks outdated"

  • Swordfish verifies data in real-time, but occasionally information can change between verifications
  • If you notice consistently inaccurate data for a contact, let us know at support@swordfish.ai
