What Happens to My Credits?

Because Swordfish is a subscription-based platform, your credits are tied to an active subscription. Once your subscription ends, any remaining credits will no longer be accessible.


We’re not able to “hold” or roll over credits after cancellation, even if they weren’t fully used.


What Are My Options?

If you're unsure about canceling or have questions about your current usage, we recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager or our support team. In some cases, we may be able to offer guidance based on your specific account or usage history.
