How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, simply reach out to our team via one of these two options and we will confirm everything for you:
Option 1: Start a chat in your Swordfish dashboard or on this page.
Option 2: Email us at support@swordfish.ai from the email address on your account.
Please reach out before your next renewal date. The earlier the better. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Canceling a Free Trial
Your free trial runs for 7 days. On day 8 your account automatically converts to a paid subscription as noted during sign-up and outlined in our terms at swordfish.ai/terms. To avoid being charged please contact us before your trial ends.
What Happens Next
Our team will process your cancellation and confirm via email. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days. Please keep an eye on your email.
