Swordfish offers simple, unlimited pricing with no credits and no surprises. Here is a breakdown of current plans and how billing works.
Current Plans
Professional
Best for individuals doing sales prospecting or recruiting.
Monthly: $99 per month
Annual: $49 per month billed annually (50% off)
Includes: Unlimited mobile numbers and emails (subject to fair use policy), Chrome Extension, Prospector, Reverse Lookup. Bulk Unlock Contacts is included on annual plan only.
Team & Scale
Best for teams of any size with higher volume needs.
Monthly: Starting at $599 per month
Annual: Starting at $299 per month billed annually (50% off)
Includes: Everything in Professional, plus Bulk Enrichment and File Upload, ATS and CRM Integrations, API Access, Team Management Dashboard, and Unlimited AI Email Compose (subject to fair use policy).
Enterprise
Custom pricing for organizations that need bulk data delivery, custom API access, full commercial licensing, unlimited team seats, SSO, and dedicated support. Contact us at support@swordfish.ai to discuss.
Legacy Credit-Based Plans (Pre-July 2025)
If you signed up before July 2025 your plan uses credits. Legacy plans use different data sources than current unlimited plans. You can view all plan differences at swordfish.ai/pricing.
Free Trial
All plans start with a free 7-day trial. On day 8 your account automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand. This is clearly noted during sign-up and in our terms at swordfish.ai/terms.
A $5 pre-authorization hold is placed at sign-up to verify your payment method. This is not a real charge and your bank will release it automatically within 5 to 10 business days.
Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are billed on the same date each year. Each time your subscription renews you will receive a charge to your payment method and an invoice.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription simply contact us via chat in your dashboard or email support@swordfish.ai before your next renewal date. The earlier the better. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Custom or enterprise contracts may have different cancellation terms.
