Unlimited Plans (Current - July 2025 and Later)
Our current unlimited plans provide unlimited monthly usage with no hard caps, all within our fair use policy:
Unlimited Solo ($99/month):
- Unlimited monthly usage - no hard caps, all within our fair use policy
- No credit limits - use as much as you need for typical business operations, all within our fair use policy
- Email addresses and cell phone numbers
- 1 User License
- Best for individuals doing medium to high volume prospecting
Unlimited Teams (billed annually):
- Unlimited monthly usage - no hard caps, all within our expanded fair use policy for teams
- No credit limits - use as much as you need for typical business operations, all within our fair use policy
- Email addresses and cell phone numbers
- Unlimited Users
- Bulk Unlock Contacts
- File Upload – Enrich Spreadsheets
- API Access
- Best for teams of any size with varying usage needs
Important: All unlimited usage operates within our fair use policy guidelines. Custom requests to increase fair use limits are accepted and approved on a case-by-case basis.
Legacy Credit-Based Plans (Pre-July 2025)
Our legacy plans operate on a credit system and include:
- Credit-based usage - you receive a set number of credits each billing cycle
- Different data sources for tools like file enrichment and reverse search
- Advanced file upload options with extended mapping fields for queries without social URLs
- Monthly or annual billing with credit renewal
Note: Legacy plans use different data sources than unlimited plans and may be required for certain advanced features or specific use cases. You can view all plan differences at swordfish.ai/pricing.
Billing and Charges
When will I be charged?
Charges are processed automatically based on your subscription type:
- Monthly subscriptions: Billed on the same date each month
- Annual subscriptions: Billed on the same date each year
Each time your subscription starts or renews, you will receive:
- A charge to your selected payment method
- An invoice
- New credits added to your account (legacy plans) OR unlimited access renewed (unlimited plans)
Managing Your Subscription
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription, though timing and terms depend on your plan type:
- Monthly unlimited plans: Can be canceled with 30 days notice
- Annual unlimited plans: Can be canceled with 30 days notice
- Legacy credit-based plans: Can be canceled with 30 days notice
- Custom contracts: Cancellation terms vary based on your specific agreement
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I have multiple subscriptions at the same time?
Generally, each account can only have one active subscription at a time. However, if you need access to both unlimited features AND legacy-only features (like different data sources for reverse search or advanced file uploads), you may need:
- Two separate accounts (one unlimited, one legacy), OR
- A single legacy account that meets all your needs

Can I purchase a one-time subscription?
No, all subscriptions are set to auto-renew. However, if you only need the service for a limited period, you can subscribe and then cancel before the next billing cycle to prevent renewal.
Can I switch between unlimited and legacy plans?
Yes, but please note:
- Switching from unlimited to legacy: You'll gain access to different data sources and advanced file upload features but move to a credit-based system
- Switching from legacy to unlimited: You'll get unlimited usage but may lose access to certain legacy data sources and features
