Swordfish integrates with many of the most popular CRMs and ATS platforms so you can sync enriched contact data directly into your workflow. Whether you're using Salesforce, HubSpot, Lever, or another tool, connecting is quick and doesn't require any technical skills.


For advanced users, we also support API access so your team can build custom integrations or automate enrichment directly from your internal tools.

Note: If your platform isn’t listed above, you can still use Zapier or the API to create a custom connection.


How to Connect Your CRM

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
    From your Swordfish dashboard, click “Settings” in the top menu, then select “Integrations” from the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Choose Your Platform
    Find your CRM or ATS and click the Connect CRM button.

  3. Follow the Instructions
    Some platforms (like Salesforce or HubSpot) may ask you to log in and grant access. For tools like Outreach or Loxo, you’ll see a link to detailed setup instructions directly below the button.

  4. Start Sending Contacts
    Once connected, you can export enriched contacts directly from your Swordfish lists into your chosen CRM.


What Can Be Synced?

Depending on the platform, you’ll be able to sync:

  • Enriched contact records (name, title, company)

  • Email addresses

  • Mobile and work numbers

  • Social profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)


You can also set preferences such as “must have” email or phone before pushing data.
