The Swordfish Chrome Extension allows you to find verified contact information directly from platforms like LinkedIn and Google, without needing to switch tabs or tools. It’s built to fit seamlessly into your workflow—whether you’re prospecting on LinkedIn profiles, scanning search results, or working through Boolean/X-ray searches.
Getting Started
Before using the extension, make sure:
You’ve installed the Swordfish Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store.
You’re logged into your Swordfish account.
The extension is active in your browser.
Once active, you’ll see the Swordfish panel on the right side of supported pages like LinkedIn and Google Search.
Using the Extension on LinkedIn
The extension works in real-time while browsing:
Individual profile pages
LinkedIn search result pages
Group member lists
When viewing a LinkedIn profile, the extension will appear on the right and display whether contact information is available. If results are available, you'll have the option to reveal phone numbers or email addresses.
You’ll only be charged credits when results are returned. If no data is found, no credit is used.
Using the Extension on Google (X-Ray Searches)
You can also use the extension while performing X-ray or Boolean searches on Google.
To do this:
Run a search such as:
site:linkedin.com/in "job title" "company" "location"
The extension will appear on the right of your search results.
Click on the icon next to a specific result to run a lookup for that profile.
This feature is especially useful when working with lists of prospects sourced outside of LinkedIn.
