We appreciate your patience here, to workaround the bug we're currently facing on our chrome extension please use our social reverse search, this can be found at the URL -> https://swordfish.ai/reverse-search
We've also heard that our extension is operating as usual on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter. If you have access to these platforms, we highly recommend using them as a workaround as well.
Once the page is loaded you'll see a tool that looks like this, please ensure the social search is clicked.
Once clicked please input the social URL of the prospect you're looking to find contact data for and tell the platform what types of contact data you are after specifically.
Finally, press search and the platform will go ahead and look to find the contact data for the prospect.
